GL Fan Fest 2027 — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to GL Fan Fest 2027! These Terms & Conditions explain the policies that apply when purchasing tickets, attending the event, and participating in its activities.

GL Fan Fest 2027 is produced by Ever Studios Los Angeles, LLC (“Ever Studios,” “GL Fan Fest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event activity, or attending GL Fan Fest 2027, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

GL Fan Fest is a two-day, convention-style event celebrating Girls’ Love (GL), Thai GL entertainment, Thai culture, and the community of fans who enjoy them. Programming may include artist panels, workshops, fan activities, photo opportunities, autograph sessions, merchandise, and other experiences.

Event dates, hours, programming, activities, and venue arrangements are subject to change as described in these Terms.

2. Ticket Purchases and Payment

All tickets must be purchased through an official ticketing link or another sales channel expressly authorized by GL Fan Fest.

Tickets are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.
A ticket purchase is complete only after payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.
The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate contact information and reviewing their order before completing payment.
Any applicable taxes, ticketing fees, processing fees, and optional service fees will be displayed during checkout, where applicable.
Ticket prices, ticket benefits, and availability may vary by ticket tier and sales period.
Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee access to any separately ticketed activity, add-on, or artist experience unless that benefit is expressly included in the ticket or add-on purchased.

Please keep your order confirmation and tickets secure. If you do not receive a confirmation after completing your purchase, contact info@glfanfest.com before attempting another purchase to help avoid duplicate orders.

3. Early Access Presale

Early Access presale tickets are exclusively available to eligible members of the GL Fan Fest Early Access Club during the designated presale period.

A valid, unique presale code is required to complete a presale purchase.
The code must be entered in the Coupon field during checkout.
Each code is intended for its assigned recipient, may be used only once, and must not be shared, sold, published, or transferred.
A presale code does not guarantee ticket availability.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, a maximum of two tickets may be purchased per transaction.
Presale tickets are subject to the inventory and ticket limits established for the presale.

GL Fan Fest reserves the right to cancel or invalidate transactions involving unauthorized code use, code sharing, fraud, circumvention of ticket limits, or other violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

4. Ticket Types, Benefits, and Assigned Seating

Each ticket tier may include different benefits, seating locations, merchandise, check-in arrangements, or access privileges. The benefits specifically listed for the selected ticket tier at the time of purchase will govern.

Assigned seating will apply where specified for the ticket type or event session.
Attendees must occupy their assigned seats when assigned seating is in effect and follow staff instructions regarding seating and access.
VIP or premium seating benefits do not automatically extend to separately ticketed activities or experiences unless expressly stated.
Merchandise packs, commemorative items, and other included benefits are subject to the description published for the applicable ticket tier.
Seating maps and seating arrangements may be adjusted when reasonably necessary for operational, safety, accessibility, or venue-related reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the purchased seating benefits or provide a reasonably comparable alternative if a change is necessary.

Ticket holders may not occupy seats assigned to other attendees without authorization.

5. All Sales Final — Refunds and Exchanges

All ticket sales are final, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly provided under these Terms.

We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for:

A change in personal plans or inability to attend.
Travel delays, transportation problems, accommodation costs, or other personal expenses.
Failure to attend all or part of the event.
A missed panel, activity, photo opportunity, autograph session, or other scheduled experience.
A change in the guest lineup, an artist's schedule, or an individual guest's appearance.
Changes to the event schedule, programming, or venue arrangements that do not result in cancellation of the event as a whole.
Failure to obtain travel documents, visas, or authorization to enter the United States.

Tickets may not be exchanged for a different ticket tier, date, or experience unless we expressly authorize the exchange.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

6. Guest Lineup and Artist Appearances

Guest appearances are subject to confirmation, scheduling, contractual arrangements, and each guest's ability to travel to and participate in the event.

Although we make reasonable efforts to deliver announced programming, we cannot guarantee that every announced guest will appear.

An artist or guest may be unable to attend or may need to change their schedule due to illness, travel disruption, visa or entry issues, professional obligations, emergencies, contractual matters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

GL Fan Fest reserves the right to change, substitute, reschedule, or cancel individual guest appearances, panels, workshops, and activities when necessary.

A change, substitution, or cancellation involving an individual artist or guest does not, by itself, entitle ticket holders to a refund or exchange, provided the event itself proceeds and subject to applicable law.

Guest announcements and promotional materials describe planned appearances and programming and should not be interpreted as an unconditional guarantee of any individual guest's participation.

7. Photo Opportunities, Autographs, and Add-On Experiences

Photo opportunities, autograph sessions, meet-and-greet activities, and other artist experiences may be subject to separate ticketing, eligibility rules, capacity limits, scheduling, and instructions provided before or during the event.

Only attendees holding the required valid ticket or add-on may participate.
Each experience is subject to the rules and time limits announced by event staff.
Attendees must follow staff instructions and respect participating artists and other guests.
Late arrival or failure to appear at the designated time may result in forfeiture of the experience without a refund, subject to applicable law.
Specific poses, personal requests, inscriptions, gifts, or other interactions may be restricted at the artist's or organizer's discretion.
Experiences may be modified, delayed, relocated, or rescheduled for safety, operational, artist, or venue-related reasons.
If an individual experience cannot be delivered, any remedy will be determined under the applicable add-on terms, these Terms, and applicable law.

Unless expressly stated in the relevant purchase description, a general admission ticket does not include a photo opportunity, autograph, or meet-and-greet with any artist.

8. Event Changes, Postponement, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

GL Fan Fest 2027 is planned with significant advance commitments, including venue rental, artist agreements, travel arrangements, production, staffing, equipment, and other event-related expenses. We make reasonable efforts to deliver the event as announced. However, certain circumstances may require changes to the event, its programming, or its schedule.

8.1 Event Changes

GL Fan Fest reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event hours, programming, activities, seating arrangements, access procedures, venue spaces, and other operational details when necessary.

Material changes will be communicated through our official website, email, or official social media channels when reasonably practicable.

Changes to individual panels, workshops, activities, schedules, or venue arrangements that do not constitute cancellation of the event as a whole do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund or exchange, subject to applicable law.

8.2 Individual Guest or Artist Cancellation

Guest appearances are subject to confirmation, scheduling, contractual arrangements, and each guest's ability to travel to and participate in the event.

GL Fan Fest reserves the right to change, substitute, reschedule, or cancel individual guest appearances, panels, workshops, and activities when necessary.

8.3 Event-Wide Cancellation

If GL Fan Fest 2027 is canceled in its entirety and will not take place as scheduled or at a rescheduled date, we will notify ticket holders through our official communication channels and provide information regarding the applicable refund process.

GL Fan Fest incurs substantial advance costs and financial commitments in producing the event, including venue rental, artist agreements, travel arrangements, production, staffing, equipment, and other event-related expenses. These costs may be incurred before the event takes place and may not be recoverable if the event is canceled.

Where permitted by applicable law, the amount of any partial refund may take into consideration eligible, reasonable, and nonrecoverable event costs, amounts recovered from vendors or other third parties, insurance proceeds, and other relevant financial factors.

Any refund determination will be subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms authorizes GL Fan Fest to deduct event expenses from ticket payments when a full refund is legally required. If applicable law requires a full refund of the ticket price, that refund will be provided as required by law, regardless of the organizer's unrecovered event costs.

If applicable law permits a partial refund or another limited remedy in the circumstances, GL Fan Fest will communicate the applicable refund arrangements and any permitted deductions transparently to affected ticket holders.

Any refund will be calculated and processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the applicable ticketing and payment procedures. Refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method where practicable and legally required. If additional information or action is needed to complete a refund, affected ticket holders will be provided with instructions.

Refunds of ticketing fees, payment processing fees, optional service fees, and other charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms governing those charges.

8.4 Postponement or Rescheduling

If GL Fan Fest is postponed or rescheduled, we will announce the revised event date and provide instructions regarding existing tickets.

Tickets may be honored for the rescheduled date where permitted by applicable law and specified in our official announcement.

If a ticket holder is unable or does not wish to attend the rescheduled event, any applicable refund rights will be honored in accordance with applicable law. Where a refund is required, the organizer will provide it within the legally required timeframe.

Attendees are responsible for their own travel, hotel, meal, and other incidental expenses, except where reimbursement is required by applicable law or expressly offered by GL Fan Fest.

8.5 Circumstances Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control may include natural disasters, severe weather, public emergencies, government orders, public health emergencies, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, venue closures, security threats, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If such circumstances affect the event, GL Fan Fest may need to modify, delay, relocate, postpone, or cancel some or all programming.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and determine appropriate next steps in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the event.

These circumstances do not automatically eliminate any refund obligation or other remedy required by law.

8.6 Optional Purchase Protection

Optional Purchase Protection offered through the TicketSpice ticketing platform is a separate service administered by its designated provider and is not a substitute for any refund required from GL Fan Fest under applicable law.

Purchase Protection claims, eligibility, exclusions, and reimbursements are governed by the provider's own terms. GL Fan Fest does not determine whether a Purchase Protection claim is approved.

Attendees should review the provider's terms and contact the provider directly with questions about coverage or claims.

8.7 No Waiver of Statutory Rights

Nothing in this section limits, excludes, or waives any refund rights or other remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

If any provision of this section conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.

9. Optional Purchase Protection

TicketSpice may offer an optional Purchase Protection service during checkout. This service is separate from the ticket admission sold by GL Fan Fest.

Purchase Protection is administered by the designated third-party provider through the TicketSpice ticketing platform. GL Fan Fest does not administer protection claims or determine whether an individual claim qualifies for reimbursement.

Purchase Protection is optional and subject to an additional fee displayed during checkout.
It is a separate service and is not a refund policy issued by GL Fan Fest.
Coverage, eligibility, exclusions, documentation requirements, deadlines, and claim decisions are governed by the provider's own terms.
Purchasing Purchase Protection does not guarantee that a claim will be approved.
Attendees who choose to purchase it must submit claims directly to the provider and comply with its requirements.
GL Fan Fest cannot approve, deny, or guarantee payment of Purchase Protection claims.
Purchase Protection should not be assumed to cover an event cancellation or postponement by the organizer.

Please review the complete Purchase Protection terms before purchasing the optional service. For questions about a claim, contact the provider using the contact details and claims instructions supplied during checkout.

Purchase Protection fees are separate from the event ticket price and are handled under the provider's applicable terms.

10. Ticket Transfers, Resale, and Fraud

Tickets may only be transferred or resold where permitted by the ticketing platform and applicable law.

Tickets must not be used for unauthorized commercial resale, fraudulent activity, promotional giveaways without authorization, or any activity that violates these Terms.

GL Fan Fest reserves the right to refuse admission or invalidate tickets reasonably believed to be counterfeit, duplicated, fraudulently obtained, altered, or used in violation of applicable ticket limits or these Terms, subject to applicable law.

We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers. Attendees are responsible for ensuring that tickets purchased through a permitted transfer are valid.

Please contact us if you believe your ticket or presale code has been compromised.

11. Admission, Check-In, and Event Access

All attendees must possess a valid ticket for the relevant event date and present it as required at check-in.

Attendees must follow check-in procedures, security screening, venue rules, and instructions from event personnel.
A valid ticket may be required for re-entry, and re-entry privileges may be restricted or suspended for operational or safety reasons.
Tickets may be scanned or electronically validated. Screenshots, printed copies, or forwarded tickets may be refused if they cannot be verified or have already been used.
Attendees must arrive in sufficient time for check-in and scheduled activities.
Entry may be denied to anyone who refuses required security procedures or fails to comply with these Terms.

GL Fan Fest reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove, any attendee whose conduct presents a safety or security concern, disrupts the event, violates venue rules, or materially interferes with the rights of others. Any such decision will be subject to applicable law.

12. Code of Conduct

We want GL Fan Fest to be a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable space for fans, artists, guests, staff, vendors, and partners.

Attendees must treat others respectfully and must not engage in:

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, stalking, or threatening behavior.
Unwanted physical contact or sexual harassment.
Disruptive behavior that interferes with panels, activities, or other attendees' enjoyment.
Unauthorized recording or photography where prohibited by the organizer, venue, artist, or activity rules.
Interference with event operations, staff, security, or emergency procedures.
Conduct that violates applicable law or venue policies.

Attendees must respect artists' and guests' personal boundaries. Do not follow guests into private areas, attempt to obtain private contact information, or engage in unwanted physical contact.

We may issue a warning, restrict access to an activity, remove an attendee, or take other reasonable action in response to misconduct. Serious violations may result in removal without a refund, subject to applicable law.

Concerns may be reported to event staff or security.

13. Photography, Recording, and Media

GL Fan Fest may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded by the organizer, authorized media, partners, or venue representatives.

By attending, you understand that you may appear incidentally in event footage, photographs, crowd shots, or recordings.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you grant Ever Studios and its authorized representatives permission to use your image, likeness, or voice captured at the event in event-related documentation, promotional materials, recaps, and social media without additional compensation.

This permission does not extend to uses prohibited by applicable law, and any consent that cannot legally be implied or granted through these Terms must be obtained separately where required.

Attendees must comply with photography and recording restrictions announced for individual panels, artist activities, or designated areas. Artists and participants may have additional restrictions that must be respected.

Attendees must not record, distribute, or commercially exploit another person's private interactions or restricted event content without appropriate authorization.

14. Minors and Supervision

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the safety, supervision, and conduct of minors in their care.

The minimum age for general attendance, any age-specific restrictions, and supervision requirements will be communicated in the event's published admission policies and any applicable activity-specific rules.

Some panels or activities may include mature themes or content. Attendees and guardians are responsible for reviewing published content advisories and deciding whether a particular activity is appropriate.

Where required by law or event policy, a parent or legal guardian must accompany a minor or provide appropriate consent.

15. Accessibility and Accommodation

We want attendees to be able to participate in the event as fully as reasonably possible.

Attendees who need an accommodation should contact info@glfanfest.com as early as possible before the event and provide details of the requested accommodation.

We will work to address requests in accordance with applicable law, venue capabilities, safety requirements, and reasonable operational limitations. Advance notice is encouraged because some accommodations may require coordination with the venue or activity providers.

Please do not assume that an accommodation or seating arrangement has been approved until you receive confirmation.

16. Health, Safety, and Personal Property

Attendees must follow venue rules, posted safety notices, security instructions, and applicable laws.

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. GL Fan Fest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Prohibited items may include weapons, illegal substances, hazardous materials, and any other items restricted by the venue or announced event security policies. Additional restrictions may be communicated before or during the event.

Attendees must not obstruct emergency exits, interfere with emergency personnel, or engage in conduct that endangers themselves or others.

Any health, safety, or entry procedures required by applicable law or the venue must be followed.

17. Vendors, Merchandise, and Third-Party Services

Merchandise availability, vendor participation, prices, and inventory are subject to change.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases made directly from independent vendors are transactions between the attendee and the relevant vendor. Vendor policies, product warranties, shipping, and returns may be governed by the vendor's own terms and applicable law.

GL Fan Fest is not responsible for independent third-party products or services except to the extent required by law.

Official GL Fan Fest merchandise is subject to the product description and any applicable sales terms.

18. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

Attending a live event involves ordinary risks, including crowded spaces, movement through event areas, and interactions with other attendees. Attendees are responsible for acting reasonably and following safety instructions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ever Studios, GL Fan Fest, and their respective employees, contractors, volunteers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from attendance or inability to attend the event.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms waives any non-waivable statutory rights or remedies available to attendees.

19. Force Majeure

GL Fan Fest may be affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, public emergencies, government orders, public health emergencies, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, venue closures, security threats, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If such circumstances affect the event, we may need to modify, delay, relocate, postpone, or cancel some or all programming.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and determine appropriate next steps in accordance with applicable law and the event's cancellation or rescheduling policy.

This section does not automatically eliminate any refund obligation or other remedy required by law.

20. Privacy and Communications

Personal information collected during ticket purchases, registration, or event operations will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy notice and relevant law.

Ticket purchasers are responsible for providing accurate email addresses and monitoring their inbox, spam, and junk folders for order confirmations, event updates, schedule changes, and important announcements.

Operational messages related to a ticket purchase or event attendance may be sent as necessary. Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent requirements and opt-out rights.

GL Fan Fest does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party services. Please review the applicable policies of TicketSpice and any optional service providers.

21. Changes to These Terms

GL Fan Fest reserves the right to update these Terms when necessary, subject to applicable law.

The version applicable to a ticket purchase will be made available at the time of purchase. Material updates affecting existing ticket holders will be communicated where required by law or reasonably necessary.

No update will eliminate rights that attendees are legally entitled to retain.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.

Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights, venue rules, or jurisdictional protections that cannot legally be waived.

23. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the applicable ticket description, add-on conditions, privacy notice, and any other expressly incorporated policies, constitute the agreement governing attendance at GL Fan Fest 2027.
