General Event Information

What is GL Fan Fest?

GL Fan Fest is a two-day, convention-style event celebrating Thai GL, its artists, and the fans who love it. Expect panels, workshops, photo ops, autograph opportunities, fan activities, merchandise, and more!

When and where is the fest?

GL Fan Fest 2027 takes place March 26–27, 2027, at the Anaheim Marriott in Anaheim, California.

What are the event hours?

We're still working on the schedule! We'll share daily hours and programming details as we get closer to the fest. There will be activities planned throughout the day, so stay tuned!

Is this a concert or a fan meeting?

Neither! GL Fan Fest is a convention-style event featuring panels, workshops, fan experiences, and community activities throughout the weekend.

Tickets & Purchasing

When do tickets go on sale?

The Early Access Presale begins October 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles Time).

General Sale begins October 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles Time).

Do I need a presale code?

You'll need a unique code for the Early Access Presale. If you're shopping during General Sale, no code is needed!

Can tickets sell out during the presale?

Yes! If you can't get tickets during the presale, you can still try during General Sale. However, tickets are available only while inventory lasts.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available through our official ticketing page--we'll share the official link once the general sale begins.

Can I buy more than one ticket?

Our current purchase limit is two tickets per transaction. Please review the checkout instructions before completing your order.

Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?

We know plans can change, so please double-check your order before purchasing! All ticket sales are final, and refunds or exchanges generally aren't available. Event schedules and artist lineups may change, and artist changes or cancellations aren't eligible for refunds. For all the details, please take a look at our Terms & Conditions before buying your ticket.

Does my ticket include photo ops and autographs?

No, fan experiences are not included with admission tickets. Photo ops, autographs, and other experiences will be available as separate add-ons once the final guest lineup is confirmed. These add-ons will be available to all ticket holders, with 50% of the inventory reserved for VIP ticket holders to purchase.

Guests & Programming

Which guests will attend?

We'll announce guests as their appearances are confirmed. Follow us on social media and check our website for announcements!

Will all guests attend both days?

Our featured guests are currently planned to participate both days. We’ll share each guest’s schedule and appearances as we get closer to the fest.

Will more guests be announced after tickets go on sale?

Yes, we plan to share more guest announcements as details are finalized. Keep in mind that we may not have the full lineup announced when tickets first go on sale.

Why are tickets on sale before the full lineup is announced?
Many events release tickets before their full lineup is announced, and GL Fan Fest is no different. We know many of you are traveling from out of state or abroad and need time to plan. Guest confirmations take time, too, so we’ll announce artists as they’re confirmed!

Can I wait until more guests are announced to buy my ticket?

Of course! You’re welcome to wait for more announcements before purchasing. Any tickets remaining after the presale will be available during the General Sale. Tickets will remain on sale until they sell out.

Can I suggest guests I'd love to see?

Absolutely! Tag the artists you'd love to see at GL Fan Fest in the comments on our social media posts, or tag us and the artists in your own posts. Let's show them how much we want them to join us! We can't promise every suggestion will become a reality, but we love hearing whom you'd like to see.

Will there be panels and workshops?

Yes! We're planning a variety of panels, workshops, fan discussions, and other activities. The full schedule will be announced closer to the event.

Can a guest cancel their appearance?

We know how exciting it is to look forward to seeing your favorite artists. However, appearances can sometimes change due to circumstances outside our control. Please review our Terms & Conditions for details about artist changes and cancellations.

Photo Ops, Autographs & Fan Experiences

How do I purchase photo ops or autograph sessions?

We'll share details about available experiences, pricing, and how to purchase them once the final guest lineup is confirmed. Keep an eye out for updates!

Do I need an admission ticket to purchase a fan experience?

Yes! You'll need a valid GL Fan Fest 2027 admission ticket to purchase and participate in fan experiences.

Will I be able to take photos with the guests using my own phone?

Rules may vary by experience and guest. We'll share the guidelines before the fest so you know what to expect.

Can I buy additional experiences after purchasing my admission ticket?

Yes, if experiences are still available! They'll be offered as separate add-ons, subject to availability. We'll share more details once everything is confirmed.

Venue & Accessibility

Where should I stay?

The event will take place at the Anaheim Marriott, so staying at the venue is one option! You can find hotel details on the Anaheim Marriott website. We do not offer a special room rate or hotel block this year.

Is parking available?

For guests attending GL Fan Fest without an overnight stay, convenient parking is available onsite with the following rates:

Self-parking: $44 per day.

Valet parking: $49 per day

Will the venue be accessible?

We want everyone to have a great experience at the fest! If you have accessibility questions or need accommodations, please contact our team ahead of time so we can share the most accurate information available.

Can attendees of all ages attend?

GL Fan Fest is open to fans 13 and older. Guests ages 13–17 must attend with a parent or legal guardian. Some panels or fan experiences may have additional age restrictions.
